INFOTECHNP was started over one year ago with a                                                                  singular vision: to create a business where the                                                                          customer comes first. We’ve strived every day to                                                                        meet this vision, and to build our team with this                                                                        mantra always in mind. Looking back, we have built a                                                              business that has deep and lasting customer                                                                              relationships, with the type of trust that can only                                                                      come over time. Our customers know us, and our                                                                    skills, and indeed engage us to guide them with key                                                                  decisions that affect not only their Information                                                                         Technology, but their businesses and hence their people.

A business such as our also depends on the people within, and we have always chosen to work with the type of people who share our philosophy and commitment, but also want to grow within the company. Today we are a thriving team of professionals ranging from sales and marketing, to technologists such as Solutions Architects and Systems Engineers. We are very selective when adding to our team, to ensure that we don’t lose track of the purpose we started with. Our customers depend on us today for a range of services, including but not limited to technology services, but also staff augmentation and financing. As such, we’ve expanded the range of what our customers can engage IMPEX for, and we will continue this expansion in breadth of solutions and services.

We also depend on key technology vendor relationships, and have developed a core of vendors such as EMC, Cisco and VMware around which we have built our practices. We are very honored to have been selected as the recipient of the EMC Velocity Services Quality Award for 2014 – awarded to a partner who achieves excellence in customer service. We have an excellent partnership with our core vendors, and have also selected a set of complementary solutions partners both large in size such as HP, CommVault, F5 Networks, RSA – but are very excited to work with new emerging technology providers in converged infrastructure and cloud computing. INFOTECHNP has also been placed #24 on the CRN 2015 Fast Growth 150 list.

My message would be lacking without a look forward to the future. As technology evolves, INFOTECHNP is working hard to keep ahead of the trends and solutions that can bring true value to our customers. We believe in the pillars of the enterprise: storage, networking and compute – and will also be your expert guide in new trends such as software defined data centers, converged infrastructures and cloud computing that can improve our customer’s business efficiencies, lower their costs, and make them more agile, high-performing businesses and organizations.
